When I was told that I am going to Africa University, I could not believe it until I came to the University on 6th August 2012. The coming was a miracle from God as I have struggled for two good years to come to this University. I have prayed for such opportunity over time and God has finally granted me grace to come to this University.
Last January on 25th, I was told by the church of Resurrection through Cayce Stapp that they have given me a scholarship to come and study at Africa University. The message filled my heart with Joy. I could not say much of words. I wanted August to come as soon as possible. I realized that Gods time is the best time.
I was to come to Africa University in 2010 but Africa University Development Fund said that their fund was depleted because of recession that hit America and the whole world. I could not make it. It was a bitter pill to swallow. But God knew that it was not the right time yet. He knew exactly when i need to go to the University
As Gods time is the best time, I am now at Africa University. Its my prayer that God will continue to help me to reach my goals. In my difficult time he will carry me. I will not be able to walk alone but His grace will be enough for me. Its my prayer thatGod will continue to transform Malawi UMC with leaders well educated that will help as the conference grows to a Provisional Annual Conference
